We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Staffing team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires and assisting clients with their hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview candidates
Post on job boards and maintain applicants
Making outbound calls
Sourcing candidates from job boards
Scheduling 20+ interviews a week
Maintain candidate pipeline for future positions
Coordinate interviews with clients
Ability to manage fast paced day to day activities
Qualifications:
2+ years experience required
Previous experience in high volume recruiting
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
