TrendHR is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Rowlett area in search of an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years supporting sales and following up with clients and vendors. This position requires someone who is a team player with a willingness to exceed client expectations every time.
This candidate will do the following:
Processing incoming sales orders and coordinating delivery dates
Prepare shipping- arranging freight pickups
Manage all order invoicing, maintaining vendor relations
Accounting duties such as scanning, filing, spreadsheets and collections
This excellent candidate would posses the following skills and experience:
High School diploma or higher
2-3 years in similar role within manufacturing industry
Strong in Microsoft Office Suites (primarily Excel)
Very detail oriented
Ability to work at a high volume individually
Incredibly professional with both customers and vendors
