TrendHR is partnering with a growing company in the Carrollton area in search of a Telemarketing Administrative Assistant. This is a hybrid position being the support for the Supervisor and Manager of the call center while also being able to contribute to the call center team. 

  • Experience handling reporting and online marketing
  • Assisting with any support for the call center manager and supervisor
  • Handling customer inquiries or issues
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Reporting and documenting customer patterns
  • Following up with clients to maintain relationship

Job Requirements

Requirements:

 

·         Must have exceptional communication skills

·         Ability to speak with business owners in regards to services

·         Problem solving and basic selling skills required

·         Great team and individual contribution

·         Minimum of 6 months directly related customer service, telemarketing or inside sales experience

·         Hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm M-F
