Job Description

TrendHR is recruiting for an upbeat Operations Administrator for an established company in the Rockwall area. This individual will be responsible for all activities related to customer service, payroll entry, reconciliation, light accounting, and customer account management. This person would need to be very familiar with utilizing various computer software and effectively communicate requests throughout the company.


  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments when needed
  • Auditing and client reconciliation¬†
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, emails, letters and messages.
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


Job Requirements

  • MUST have a degree in a related field
  • Must have excellent Excel knowledge and experience
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suits
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
