Job Description

TrendHR is partnering with an energetic and fast-growing company in the Carrollton area that is looking for a professional Customer Service Specialist. This is a Full-Time Contract to Hire position that requires at least 2 years of customer support experience.  This person will be responsible for taking incoming calls and managing order entry.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls from company professionals
  • Key in data entry on all new orders
  • Update any additional information on current orders
  • Direct calls to designated areas
  • Always use the upmost professionalism

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must be familiar with utilizing multiple software’s
  • Must have order entry experience
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a team player and work well with others
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize
