TrendHR is partnering with a company in the Desoto/Lancaster area that assists with disaster restoration. This position will be the liason for the customer, estimator and insurance company that has the initiative and drive to get the job done.

Job Duties:

  • Entering in and handling estimates for services rendered
  • Reaching out to insurance companies to verify coverage
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Point of contact for customers in time of crisis
  • Coordinating adjusters with clients

Job Requirements


  • 1-3 Years of Property Damage/Casualty insurance experience, required
  • Xactimate software experience, required
  • 1-3 years strong customer service, required
  • Attention to detail
  • 2-3 years customer/client services experience
  • 2-3 years of data entry experience
