TrendHR is working with a growing client in the Rockwall area who is hiring Call Center Representatives on a temp-to-hire basis. If you have previous call center experience and enjoy working in a goal driven environment, keep reading!!
The Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls and outbound calls to commercial customers, following up on orders and overall account management . This opportunity offers excellent benefits and a fun work environment with long term growth potential! The ideal candidate will be available immediately to interview and start working right away.
Job Duties:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Working with customers to facilitate custom order requests
- Overall client account management to ensure their satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of previous account management/call center experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of working well with others
- Must be able to organize and prioritize
